Hi, I'm Derrick Shaw and I've been a software developer and small business owner for over five years. IMO, most crm solutions are far more complicated than they should be and are poor metaphors for capturing dynamic information relationships. When I set out to build idmonger crm, I designed it to be as simple and easy as possible, but at the same time, with the ability to provide the user with versitile, speedy methods of capturing dynamic relationships and connections between pieces of information.
In essence, idmonger crm is an information pivoting and linking tool for small businesses. It provides an easy-to-use, simple interface for linking business information. For example instead of tabbing and clicking your way through, say, adding an order for a client, you drag and drop the client's contact record onto the order...all within the same interface. That's simple, fast and efficient.
