Over the last couple years and much blood, sweat and tears, I've built an information management solution to suit my needs--idmonger (pronounced like "id" as in id and ego "monger"). idmonger is short for information data monger.

As with many inventions or creations, idmonger was created out of my frustrations with most of the customer relationship management (CRM) and personal information management (PIM) solutions that were on the market in 2006. Simply, what I needed was a solution that gave me the ability to link any bit of information (notes, action items, contacts, document, etc.) to another bit of information any way that I wanted with limited clicks and page jumps. The solution also had to be web-based as well as allow me to organize my information the way I stored information on my computer's file system with folders in c:\folder1\folder2 fashion (linux crowd: \\home\derrick\folder1).

For businesses, groups, students, or anyone looking for a solution to help organize their information, I'm providing a free (ad-supported), unhampered, hosted version of idmonger.
